This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled by AVS Microdose,(“we”, “us”, “our”) for purchases made on https://www.avsmicrodose.com/. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms below (read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy).

1) Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to orders placed by end-consumers through our Site for domestic self-consumption. It does not apply to purchases made from third-party sellers outside our platform.

2) Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or within the specific window mentioned on the product page, whichever is later.
• A refund may be approved where the product is damaged, defective, expired, missing, or not as described, or where an eligible return is made per this policy.
• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) and, where requested, photos/videos of the issue are required.

3) Return & Replacement Conditions

• Please keep items in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, with all tags/labels intact, unless the issue concerns damage/defect discovered on opening.
• Returns must be handed over at delivery (where feasible) or scheduled via our support team within the eligibility window.
• At delivery, you may refuse items you are not satisfied with for quality/freshness. Such items will be taken back and processed as per this policy.

4) Non-Refundable Items

• Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
• Perishables/consumables opened and used (except where damaged/defective/expired on receipt).
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or not following usage instructions.

5) Cancellations

• You may cancel your order any time before it is processed/dispatched by contacting customer support.
• Once processing or delivery has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Where approved, applicable gateway/transaction charges may be deducted.

6) Refund Method & Timelines

• Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method (for card/net banking/wallet/UPI), typically within 5–7 business days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account (bank details required).
• All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Bank/payment partner delays are outside our control.

7) Partial Refunds

• Where only part of an order is eligible (e.g., missing items, partial damage), a proportionate refund is issued for the affected items only.
• If an item is returned used/opened (and not due to defect), deductions may apply or the refund may be declined.

8) Delivery Charges & Order Splits

• If delivery charges were applied due to not meeting the minimum order value, such charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled before processing.
• Door-shipping or internal operational splits may result in multiple deliveries; refunds will align with items in each delivery.

9) Late or Missing Refunds

• If you do not see a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/card provider.
• If still pending, contact us with your order ID and refund reference.

10) Abuse of Policy

KGLLP reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or limit returns/refunds in cases of suspected fraud, policy misuse, or repeated violations, and to maintain a negative list of such transactions/users.

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Disputes may be referred to arbitration in SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
